Shipping Update

For US-Based Beta Customers

(Users who agreed to receive a Beta version of Gameboard and give us feedback on their Gameboard experience)

We are shipping out Gameboards weekly. If you were asked to confirm your shipping address, then we’re closer to shipping your board. Please look out for a shipping notification via email from us.

All Beta Gameboards shipments will conclude in January.

For Overseas Beta Participants

We paused shipping Gameboards overseas unless you are open to paying tariffs (which vary based on country). Please contact us if you would still like your Beta Gameboard if you are outside the United States.

For US-Based General Customers

(Users who did not opt to be part of our Beta Hardware Program)

We will ship the final production boards when Beta ends on February 28, 2023. Gameboards are made to order, so if you purchased your Gameboard in the past year, you are in the first wave beginning in March.

For Overseas General Customers

Gameboards have an FCC certificate for the United States only. However, we are still working on getting the necessary certificates for other countries. We ask for your patience while we acquire the needed certificate to ship your Gameboard to you safely.

For Newly Purchased Gameboards

(Users who ordered from January 2023 onwards)

Gameboards are custom ordered. Our current lead time is four (4) months from your purchase date. If you want to ship outside of the United States, you may need to wait longer while we get the necessary certificate your country requires. Please email us directly based on the country for details.
