Gameboard Beta Repair & Swap Procedure

Thank you for participating in our Beta program. You have been part of a strong community of supporters and we could not have done this without you. We couldn’t ask for a better group of humans to help build Gameboard.

We have two options for those who are still experiencing touch, lag and/or performance issues with their Gameboard:

Option 1: DIY

1. If you feel comfortable with swapping out a PCBA board and associated wiring connections, we’ll send you a new board ASAP. We have created a follow along video below.
   
   
2. Lastly, you’ll need to update your main board OS. You can view the instructions and links to update packages here.

If you are interested in pursuing the DIY route (fastest), please fill out this form to have a sideboard mailed to you.

Option 2: Return to Gameboard for Upgrade

Ship us your entire Gameboard for us to make the upgrades and return your production unit back to you. This is on a first come, first serve basis and the current capacity is around ten Gameboards per week. To start your return, please fill out an RMA form and we’ll send you a shipping label and print it out to include for tracking purposes.
